Half Day Excursions….

We provide a half day of real estate touring for any area in the City of Quito. Our rate is $50 (cash US$) for four hours with available times of Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. This rate is for up to three people with $25 per person for more than three. This fee does not include transportation (if needed) which will be the responsibility of the customer. If any property would like to be seen outside of Quito, we recommend selecting a full day tour.

Full Day Excursions…..

We provide an 8 hour tour of real estate touring for any area outside of the city of Quito but limited only to areas located inside the providence of Pichincha. Our rate is $150 (cash US$) for 8 hours with available times of Monday to Friday from 11a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  This rate is for up to three people with $25 per person for more than three. This rate does include transportation up to a maximum of three people but does not include meals for guide.

NOTE: Any of the half day and full day excursion fee will be credited against any future fees earned if real estate is eventually purchased.
